J.I. Green Studio copy of the original photo of Echo Hall. The people in the photo are dressed circa 1885-90 period clothing. Written on the back of the photo " Echo Hall, home of Jacob Pinckney Reed on South main Street, Anderson Street. Here was born my mother May E. Reed and also Elise Mauldin Paget. A wonderful home and always "heaven" to me. Mostly likely written by her sister , Aileen Mattison. House torn down between 1911 -1918.
